Listing Tools

Below are some tools available to you for listings:

-Realist® or Matrix Public Record Search - Research the property features, verify ownership, access lot dimensions and more

-Forewarn - Keep yourself safe and run a background check on the potential seller - Forewarn will show criminal records, liens, bankruptcies and property history records

-Create a CMA using one or more of the following: Matrix, Realist®, HomeSnap or RPR

-TransactionDesk - Complete all the listing paperwork electronically and either print, email or eSign using Authentisign

-Matrix - Enter the listing in Matrix using the information from Realist® to automatically pull important data to start your listing

-ShowingTime - Set up Showing Instructions, Showing Restrictions and allow the seller to approve their own appointments (that feature is optional*)

-SUPRA - put a SUPRA Lockbox on the property that other participants, appraisers and affiliates can access. Get showing notifications when someone accesses the lockbox
