What does Matrix do for me?

Matrix is the MLS for our market area.  You will use Matrix for all your Buyer and Seller transactions.

Working with a Buyer you will be able to:
-Search for properties (residential, land, commercial, etc.)
-Email properties to prospects from either manually or auto emails
-Create a CMA
-Provide access to OneHome to the Buyer

Working with a Seller you will be able to:
-Research the tax record for the property
-Create a CMA 
-Enter the property with details, up to 70 photos, virtual tour links and supplements
-Manage the status of the property from Listing to Sold.
